This is a case of External Thrombosed Hemorrhoids with Internal Hemorrhoids. The patient was treated with Laser Hemorrhoidopexy. He was discharged with 24 hours and joined work from the 3rd day. The patient was absolutely comfortable after the procedure and could start all his routine activities on the same day.
